Refund policy
At Longview Woodworks, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products for a full 100% guarantee.
RETURNS
You have thirty (30) calendar days to contact us and sixty (60) calendar days to return an item to us from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be returned in protective packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized or custom ordered products cannot be returned unless deemed defective to the point of unusable and at the discretion of Longview Woodworks but we highly recommend a bit of dialogue prior to making any decisions
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
